Centrally located, clean and well appointed. Close to great restaurants and other attractions. Amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was pleasant, professional and always willing to help. They were also very thoughtful. One person in our group was celebrating a birthday and they gave her a traditional cake. Such a lovely gesture. The only negative was the challenge of getting luggage from the outside to the first floor where the elevator is located.

The staff was really friendly, so my first impression was really good. The location is also very good. I stayed for 4 days, and the good thing was that there was a shared kitchen so I could cook, and the slightly inconvenient thing was that the bathroom was outside the room. There were about 2 rooms and 3 bathrooms on each floor, so I could use the bathroom comfortably. Considering this, it is a pretty good value for money accommodation.

A very nice hotel in a great location – right in the heart of Alfama, close to the harbor, and within walking distance of the city center. The accommodations were super clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious – perfect for families, with a real apartment feel rather than a typical hotel. One small drawback: the rooms are a bit noisy, probably because they were partitioned off later. Overall, though, a very pleasant place to stay; we would return!

We booked a two-bedroom apartment – fantastic! Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the apartment was air-conditioned. It was a very spacious apartment right in the heart of Lisbon. We were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend it to families.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was new, well-maintained, and very clean. The building itself is beautiful and historical, and the room was super cozy. The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of Lisbon.
The service was excellent as well. Abdul was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated his kindness.
We’ve now found our favorite place to stay in Lisbon, we’ll definitely be coming back!

-If you enter 7 at the end of the accommodation address, you can enter through the back door with the elevator, but Uber or Bolt cannot enter, so you must take a regular taxi (with a mint-colored lid) (the hill is steep and there are few shops or stores).
-If you enter 8 at the end of the accommodation address, there are few hills and there are many shops or stores right in front of the main square, but there is no elevator.
-The accommodation was very clean and nice, and it was convenient because it was a number key so you didn't have to carry a card around. The 15E tram and the 728 bus run frequently, and you can also take the 28 tram just a short walk from the accommodation. Each room has air conditioning, so I had a very comfortable and cool stay.
