If your booking is a non refundable one, you will not be able to cancel. If your booking is a refundable one, it means that you can cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. After that period, full amount will be charged.

Guests are able to pay by bank transfer and send us the proof of payment until 15 days prior to the arrival date.
Guests who wish to pay by Credit Card just need to send us the Credit Card details to guarantee the booking.

Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 12 noon.

Open from 8am until midnight. Outside these hours guests will have the information of how to access to the rooms by email, SMS or extranet.
